Brad Erickson holds Hat Trick 200

This Saturday and Sunday August 10th and 11th Inner-City Education (ICE) Director Brad Erickson is holding his first annual "Hat Trick 200!" to raise money for the organization.  Brad will be riding his bicycle 100 miles from Chicago to Kettle Moraine, WI, camping out, then riding 100 miles back the next day to raise funds for ICE. Brad’s goal is to raise enough to cover academic scholarships for two of ICE’s low-income, inner-city kids - and that's about $10,000.

Inner-City Education (ICE) Program provides tuition for girls and boys as early as 1st grade, taking them out of underperforming public schools and putting them in private schools.  As long as good grades are maintained and the financial need is still there ICE renews their scholarship each year, all the way through high school and even college.  This enables children who would not otherwise receive a quality education to have successful academic careers, succeed in college and have a better future and a better life.
