COACH SEAN'S DRYLAND EXERCISES

 

PART 1

WARM UP  (all mobility can be found on YouTube)
Rocking pattern 10 reps (child’s pose with movement. Heels to butt. 
Hip raises 10 reps
90-90 stretch 10 each side (https://youtu.be/dGVBm19BFpE)
Repeat 2x
 
POWER
Squat jumps 10 reps
Ice skaters 20 reps (single leg side to side hop)
1 min rest
Repeat 3x
 
STRENGTH
Forward lunge in place 8 reps each leg
Side plank hold 20 sec (big chest other arm up in the air hand toward ceiling)
Push ups 10 reps
1 min rest
Repeat 3x
 
COOL DOWN
Butterfly stretch 20 sec
Sit up straight on butt reach for toes 20 sec
Standing quad stretch (heel to butt,hand on top of foot)
Pigeon pose 20 sec each leg
